Unfortunately, a large part of the world population suffers from some kind of sleeping problem, a very common one being insomnia. ¼ tsp of freshly ground nutmeg

A glass of warm water

Preparation and use: Add the freshly ground nutmeg to the glass of warm water and mix well. Consume it 4 to 5 hours before going to bed.
